二年恭班的生活開始了！
第一次期中考，在溫班都是前三名的小琪也只排第20幾名，這屆恭班真是大不同過往的恭班，高手雲集，名符其實的”天才恭班”！
幾乎每次公布各科各學年每班成績排名，二年恭班總是第一名，如果有一科沒拿到第一，大家會認為是老師有問題。
雖然幾乎每天放學後要練習，但這完全不影響這屆恭班的學習表現，不過，樂隊的表現就沒有那麼順利。
以我自己學習巴里東來説，雖然只有三個按鍵，但必須發出聲音，這巴里東才有作用，使勁的吹，就是吹不出聲音，還好巴里東只是配角，沒出聲也不明顯，至少剛開始練習時，我從不是讓教練抓狂的理由。
後來抓到竅門，聲音出來了，但高八音，低八音的掌握不太好，常引起教練的白眼，我終於明白為什麼「無聲勝有聲」了！
還有就算自己吹得好，如何和其他人配合又是不同的挑戰。早半拍，慢半拍，就完全聽不出在演奏什麼，還好吹巴里東的，連我共有三個，如果不確定該不該出聲時，我就不出聲，讓另外兩個同學出聲，出錯也不會那麼明顯。
最同情是那些只有一個同學負責一種樂器的，如鑼和大鼓，哈，當初選樂器時，她們在一旁竊笑，認為敲鑼打鼓有啥難的，偏偏總是因為她們，我們一次又一次的重來。
後來我發現大部分同學其實都很聰明，她們在很短的時間內已經可以掌握自己負責的樂器的吹奏技巧，但當每個人都很強時，挑戰在於如何協調哪個樂器該強時則強，該弱時則弱，讓別的樂器突顯。
在該出聲時沒出來，就好像花了大錢，去吃米其林大餐，結果那天主廚忘了放鹽那樣讓人渾身不對勁；不該出聲時卻出聲，教練叫「放砲」，那砲聲連連足以形容我們吹奏狀況。
我猜教練應該是追求完美的處女座，他當時可是名教練，各校爭相邀約他做教練，他願意幹這苦差事，我真是敬佩他。
經過兩個月的練習，終要上場，因為高三學姐要準備大學聯考，沒時間練習和吹奏，我們也只好被趕鴨子上陣。
我想可能是第一次大家太緊張，依然砲聲連連，演奏完後，學校決定還是先讓三恭的學姐們再撐一下，繼續演奏一段時間，這，也是前所未有的。
