今天是第一個不用上班的周一，昨晚鐵了心，一定要好好的睡到自然醒，六點半，我醒了。
看來早睡早起的好習慣已經深根蒂固的養成了，也不是壞事。
不同於以往，我從容下床，打開窗簾，好好享受這暖暖陽光的一天，好好的呼吸郊區新鮮空氣，好好的和花兒們讚嘆它們的美麗，好好的聆聽自己身體的需要，好好的品味Jojo為我準備的早餐（註Jojo已幫我照顧這個家20年了，已算是一家人）。
吃完飯整理一下庭園和菜圃後，也差不多十點，去鍛練一下，有氧45分，重量半小時，伸展及焗Sauna半小時。有智慧的小金告訴我，有一次她不小心在Sauna打盹，多焗了一下，結果意外收獲是斑都沒了，而且排毒效果好，又好睡，前陣子見到她，果然容光煥發，所以我也來試試，會先拍張照片做日後比較 。
今天繼續幾天前的整理，和安排媽媽和小阿姨來香港住一段時間的行程。退休還有一件事不同，以後所有的會議行程，要自己在calendar 紀錄了，沒人幫你提醒你了，所以just in case我忘記紀錄，麻煩大家也提醒一下。
今天有個電視製作人聯系我，說看了我房子的照片，很適合拍他們目前在拍的一部電視劇，有關一個避險基金經理人，從事業高點回歸家庭，有點扯吧⋯⋯後來Jojo說現在網路不安全，可能有壞人，所以作罷。
一會兒要早睡了，明天進城。
